Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all continental U.S. states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

Shipping Carriers

We use a combination of USPS, UPS, and FedEx to fulfill customer orders. The choice of carrier depends on the delivery location and package size.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

Returns and Quality Guarantee

If you receive a plant that is dead or of poor quality, we’re here to help! Simply send us an email at [your email] with a photo of the plant, and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your plant to ensure a timely resolution.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not ship internationally.

Order from anywhere in the world and send a plant gift to a loved one in the US!

Can I order as a gift?

Of course!! Plants make the perfect gift.

You can order from anywhere in the world and send one of our plants to someone special in the US.

Please make sure to include all of their shipping details to have the order go as smooth as possible.

How do I know what size pot to pick for my plant?

Happy to help! Our plants typically come in 3 sizes.

  • Small, 4" diameter
  • Medium, 6" diameter
  • Large, 8" diameter

Our pots are sized 1 inch up to fit your plants perfectly. For example if you purchase a Small 4" Plant, pair it with a 5" Pot.

All of our pots come with a drainage hole and a rubber stopper. You can drop the plastic growers pot right in, easy peasy, or you can pot your plant directly into the pot knowing it will have adequate drainage.

How do you ship live plants? That sounds hard.

It is, which is why we've spent the last five years perfecting the method. We've designed custom packaging over the years that allows us to ship anything from five inches tall to five feet tall. We have a 97% shipping success rate!

How long will it take to receive my plants?

Once you place your order, we will fulfill it within 1 - 3 business days. Shipping will depend on your location, but will range from 1 - 7 business days. Overall, once you place your order, you should receive your plant within 2 - 10 business days.

What happens if a plant arrives damaged?

We guarantee all plants to arrive safely, rain or shine, or we’ll ship out a new one. We check all our plants prior to shipment for quality control and pack them with care. However, handling damages by shipping carriers can occur during transit. In these cases, we re-ship the plants at no cost to you.
